Gynecology

Gynecological Services

At Marisol Health in Denver and Nothern Colordado, we believe every woman deserves access to compassionate, high-quality gynecological care, regardless of her circumstances. We provide affordable, non-surgical gynecological services for women at every stage of life, from a first period to menopause and beyond. Our team is here to listen, educate, and support you.

Well-Woman Exams

Your annual well-woman exam is the foundation of lifelong health. During this visit, our providers review your medical history, discuss any concerns, and perform a thorough physical assessment tailored to your age and needs. It’s also a great opportunity to ask questions and take a proactive role in your own health.

Breast & Pelvic Exams

Routine breast and pelvic exams are an important part of preventive care. Our providers perform these exams with care and professionalism, helping to detect any changes or concerns early, when they are most treatable.

Cervical Cancer Screening (Pap Smear)

Regular cervical cancer screenings save lives. We offer routine Pap smears to check for abnormal cervical cells, as well as ongoing surveillance for patients with a history of abnormal results. Early detection gives you the best chance for a healthy outcome.

STI Testing & Treatment

Sexually transmitted infections are common and often have no symptoms. We provide confidential STI testing and treatment in a judgment-free environment. Whether you’re seeking routine screening or have specific concerns, we’re here to help you get the care you need.

Abnormal Bleeding, Discharge, and Discomfort Evaluation and Treatment

Changes in your cycle, unusual discharge, or pelvic discomfort can signal a range of conditions that deserve attention. Our providers will work with you to identify the cause and develop a care plan to help you feel better.

Irregular Cycles Evaluation and Treatment

Irregular periods can affect your quality of life and may point to underlying health concerns. We offer evaluation and support for women experiencing unpredictable or difficult cycles, helping you better understand your body and your options.

Limited Infertility Assessment

If you’ve been trying to conceive without success, our team can conduct an initial infertility assessment to help identify potential factors. We’ll work with you to understand your reproductive health and connect you with the appropriate next steps.

Menopause Care

The transition to menopause brings big changes and questions. Our providers offer supportive, individualized care to help you manage symptoms and maintain your wellbeing through perimenopause and beyond.

UTI & Urinary Incontinence Evaluation and Treatment

Urinary tract infections and incontinence are incredibly common, yet often go untreated out of embarrassment. We provide straightforward, compassionate care for both conditions so you can get back to feeling like yourself.

IUD & Nexplanon Removal

When you’re ready to have your IUD or Nexplanon implant removed, our providers can take care of that in a comfortable, clinical setting. No referral required.

Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning (NFP) empowers women and couples to understand their fertility by tracking the body’s own biophysical signs. Whether you’re hoping to achieve pregnancy, avoid it, or simply learn more about your cycle and reproductive health, NFP provides evidence-based tools to help you reach your goals, without hormones or devices.
